About this opportunity

To provide leadership to 24/7 NOC floor with the ability to analyze incoming requirements.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Ensuring required SOP is followed for troubleshooting

  • Ensuring SOPs within the team are followed

  • Tracking the Ops issues in the problem management console of remedy

  • Coordinate with Engineering team for resolution of operational issue s

  • Coordinate with NOC manager for outage review

  • Coordinate with metrics and maintenance lead for data analysis

  • Provide required management update

  • Arrange and provide training within the function

    What you’ll bring

    The role of Network Control Specialist requires the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent

  • 7+ years’ experience in NOC management/operations

  • Experience managing and leading Network-Operations team efficiently for all ongoing issues

  • Strong networking and transmission skills

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct functional meetings

  • Experience in providing innovative solutions

  • Ability to self-manage activity and work collaboratively with 24/7 support

  • Problem-solving and strong interpersonal writing and communication skills

  • Ability to perform troubleshooting remotely
