INFINITY STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC Night Dispatcher in Nederland, Texas
Job duties will include but are not limited to facilitating the communication of information between the vessel and shore side personnel; preparation and communications of daily position report to the Customers and to Management along with any pertinent information related to vessel activities or Client specific requirements; assisting in supporting the operations group vessel request; communicate operational requirements or general concerns to vessel operations as required; assist with the coordination of incidents and problem resolution as required; assist in the management of incoming phone calls; maintain nightly shift reports and some computer duties.
Interested candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work well with little or no supervision as well as be proficient with communication skills. Must have the ability to operate standard office equipment including computers.
