TIDI PRODUCTS LLC Business Intelligence Director in NEENAH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our Business Intelligence Director is instrumental in working towards our purpose every day!! This role will oversee the development and deployment of the company\'s Business Intelligence infrastructure, tools, and processes. This role will support the financial reporting and financial analysis functions of the company. 1 - 4 direct reports. Can work remotely, but will need to travel to any of our facilities as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee data strategy and governance, business intelligence infrastructure, and analysis tool development. With the CFO, develop a strategy for the company\'s business intelligence function including data, systems, reports, and analysis. Understand data set requirements (assess current state, define future state, develop a plan to deliver future state) Assess and improve data sources and tools including the Enterprise Data Warehouse Assess and improve output tools including Excel models and PowerBI Assess current state of the above and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and execute a plan to improve the company\'s business intelligence systems and processes. Collaborate with other functions (Corporate Analyst, Commercial Analysts, Corporate Accounting, Operations Accounting) in the department for: Report development Analysis model development Financial analysis Developing tools for budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department. Develop a strategy. Develop and execute an action plan. Leverage influence to lead others outside of functional responsibility. Develop work and management systems.
