Bryce Corporation Production Assistant in Neenah, Wisconsin
Summary: Support manufacturing tasks associated with flexographic sleeve and plate production. This person assists laser engraving operators with loading and unloading materials onto production equipment, cleaning and preparing for final shipment. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. A person in this role will learn our production process and later would have the opportunity to advance to laser engraving operator
Key Accountabilities:
Work safely and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Read/process photopolymer sleeve and plate orders as scheduled.
Operate/maintain equipment utilized in the engraving and plate-making process.
Clean, Inspect/label/pack sleeves and plates for shipment
Record data as required.
Drives company vehicle to pick up and deliver goods to customers, vendors and freight carriers.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Responsible for ongoing personal development as required.
Perform other duties as instructed.
Willing to work.
Hard worker that aspires to excel.
Mature, motivated, willing to help out as needed.
Basic computer skills required.
Mechanical aptitude essential.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Competent operating a computer.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Ability to professionally interact with customers/vendors in face-to-face meetings.
Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
Education & Experience:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience in similar role helpful
Excellent driving record
Flexible with work schedule during the week
