Flexible schedules (minimum of 3 hour shifts) will be created for flex employees to sign up based on their availability. Also available via mobile app Shift blocks are offered during 8AM-3PM Monday-Friday Purpose Statement: Responsible for supporting an advanced level of production with high complexity manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. As a Flex Operator, broad understanding of a variety of production processes is critical. Strong knowledge of factory guidelines. Able to take ownership of a job function. Has advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience. Has developed a specialized level of skill to perform assigned tasks. May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others. Is not a supervisor and is not responsible for the performance evaluations for employees on the team.
