UL, LLC Engineer Project Associate (m/f/d) - Motors & Components in Neu-Isenburg, Germany

We are looking for a Engineer Project Associate (m/f/d) to join the team based in Neu-Isenburg. The role is hybrid (three days on-site required) and working with team members and Manager located in EU. Good command of both German and English language is required.
As a Engineer Project Associate you will:
Manage evaluation and testing of motor operated Household and Commercial end use applications (i.e. Fans, pumps, rotating electrical machines etc.)
Determine project scope, requirements including clients’ needs, test methods, costs etc., and develops a preliminary plan for the certification process
Examines technical documents, samples and construction of the products
Conducts or witnesses tests at client sites or third party laboratories
Prepares datasheets and analyzes test data
Evaluates test results and creates test reports/Certification documents
Communicates technical issues, UL procedures, project duration, required samples etc. with clients
Keeps clients updated on any issues or concerns that might impact or change the project scope or specifications
University Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, or Industrial Automation Engineering) or equivalent work experience
Direct/Indirect knowledge of product testing, verification and validation, and ability to read schematics - ideally knowledge of relevant conformity/safety standards (UL 778 , UL 1004-1 (training will be provided)
Strong command of German and English is a must
Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality
Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with German and international customers and colleagues
