Hauptaufgaben:

Projektmanagement der Serviceplattform ADP AdvancedPay (Paisy) für Neu- und

Bestandskunden. Dazu gehören hauptsächlich:

• Durchführung und Leitung von Kickoff-Meetings

• Aufnahme und Einrichtung der Kundenanforderungen bzgl.:

• Lohn-/Gehaltsabrechnung

• HR-Module

• Zeitwirtschaft

• Systemaufbau und Testing

• Erstellen von Dokumentationen, Pflichtenheften etc.

• Parametrierung von Lohn- und Zeitarten

• Erstellen von Auswertungen (Infos u. Reports)

Fachliche Anforderungen:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Paisy, sowie umfassende Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und SV[1]Recht

• DV-Erfahrung

• Personalwirtschaftliches Know-How

• Umfassende Kenntnisse in Lohn- und Zeitartenparametrierung

• Projektmanagement Kenntnisse

• MS-Office Kenntnisse
