Hauptaufgaben:

Consulting auf der Serviceplattform ADP AdvancedPay (Paisy) für Neu- und Bestandskunden. Dazu gehören hauptsächlich:

• Aufnahme und Einrichtung der Kundenanforderungen bzgl.:- Lohn-/Gehaltsabrechnung

• Parametrierung von Lohn- und Zeitarten

• Durchführung von Kundentrainings

• Mitwirkung in der Release Planung und Bekanntmachung

• Erstellen von Dokumentationen, Pflichtenheften etc.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Paisy, sowie umfassende Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und SV-Recht

• DV-Erfahrung

• Personalwirtschaftliches Know-How

• Umfassende Kenntnisse in Lohn- und/oder Zeitartenparametrierung

• Projektmanagement Kenntnisse

• MS-Office Kenntnisse

• Gute Präsentationsskills (Powerpoint + Produkt)
