Our Team:

This is an opportunity to be part of the CHC Security team which handles the security of people, assets, information and product alongside Crisis Management. A small team which is result oriented and has a critical task of safeguarding/protecting Sanofi’s people, assets, and reputation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Functional responsibilities include:

  • People Protection/Physical security,

  • Asset, Supply & industrial chain Protection (France & European offices + Hubs – Barcelona, Budapest Veres, Orrigio, Koln, Rzeszow industrial plants…),

  • Brand protection,

  • Special Event security

  • Be the entry point for every security related aspect for the CHC Europe region.

  • Develop security procedures and policies in line with CHC Security Corporate.

  • Conduct daily Risk Assessment & follow-up of Europe security situation.

  • Conduct business intelligence & investigations on European point of interest

  • Support audit programme of France and Europe sites, in coordination with Corporate Security & Intel

  • Coordinate Private security providers mission in securing both sites and staffs (Guarding, CCTV, Badge access, incident, alarms…)

  • Coordinate local security managers of CHC offices and plants across Europe: provide guidance to security correspondents on security procedures and security measures related to physical security design, security incident reporting, guarding services, technical security, and crisis response.

  • Be responsible for Security of CHC employees across the region: support to Travel Management programme, briefing of travellers when needed, design & implementation of Meet&Greet.

  • Work closely with Human Resources and Administration to implement security measures required for security of employees.

  • Ensure security of short- and long-term International Assignees in the country.

  • Maintain and update monthly security report, emergency plans, security manual etc.

  • Plan and implement event and executive protection for senior leadership as per corporate guidelines.

  • Implement Crisis Management and Incident response plan in coordination with crisis management team.

  • Support HSE in handling Emergency Response Team.

  • Maintain liaison with the law enforcement and government agencies, local French Embassy, and private security service providers.

About you

We are looking for a potential candidate to provide dedicated security support to CHC Europe - High integrity, leadership, and relevant professional experience in Corporate Security.

Experience :

  • At least 10 years of experience in Private security management with proven track record in building and leading cross functional team,

  • Minimum of 10 years leading/working with geographically dispersed team members.

  • Minimum of 10 years delivering risk assessments within a Security organization

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing emergency situation.

Soft skills :

  • Effective communication skill ( oral & written), capacity to develop a strategy thinking while managing operational ones, capacity to resist to stress and pressure,

  • Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight.

  • Talent building effective partnerships and working collaboratively cross-functionally.

  • Solid understanding of physical and reputational risk factors and methods for mitigating such risk.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to competently juggle numerous competing priorities.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience managing subordinate, subcontractor, or vendor security integrator support to include all aspects of project planning, scheduling, subcontract scope definition and management.

  • An acute sense of discretion and ability to manage highly confidential information.

  • Strong fiscal discipline and ability to expertly manage large budgets.

  • Highly adaptable and flexible.

  • A positive attitude and hunger for learning and growth.

Technical skills :

  • Field and IT security expertise, Data & risk management tools, team & cross services management, tender process and negotiation skill

  • Relevant work experience in private security companies or department highly preferred.

Education :

  • University degree in political sciences, engineering, business school or equivalent.

Languages :

  • Fluent in English & French; a third language is appreciated
