Blackbeard's Triple Play in New Bern, NC is looking for one FOH supervisor to join our 38 person strong team. We are located on 415 S Front St., New Bern. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Proactively assist fellow staff members
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Complete administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, filing, etc.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a management role
