Responsibilities:
Perform order entry and editing for branch and dealer orders.
Review and process order changes requested from the retail network.
Provide dealer support in regard to pricing, shipping date, and product specifications.
Communicate shipping details as well as any requested order modifications to the sales coordinators.
Correct sales order discrepancy reports.
Process approved special pricing allowance requests.
Process returns, credits and rebills for batteries and chargers using approved credit/bill only documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Less than 2 years related experience
Associate degree (Business)
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service environment.
Computer and effective communication skills.
Experience with Baan, Mapper, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote.
