As the next summer maintenance worker, you will be responsible for:
Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the Welcome Center.
Work on general groundskeeping.
Assist visitors of the Welcome Center.
Support fellow staff to ensure a great experience for all Welcome Center visitors.

This State Worker position is for summer help in the maintenance area at the New Buffalo Welcome Center located at 11630 Wilson Road, New Buffalo, Michigan. This is not a permanent position, it offers no benefits, the rate of pay is $16.00 per hour, and the hours will not exceed 129 hours per month or 1,040 hours within a season (May through October 2024). This is not negotiable, and the hours are not guaranteed. Do you have any concerns with this?
