We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the diverse duties in our pump systems and water treatment division.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Worker at BOOK & PROCH WELL DRILLING, INC in New Castle, PA. The General Worker will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, which may include manual labor, equipment operation, maintenance tasks, assisting with drilling operations, well repair and other duties as assigned. Experience not necessary, will train, but plumbing knowledge helpful.
Qualifications
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Experience with using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience in construction or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must hold a valid Driver's License & pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
- Ability to adapt to change in direction and priority to maintain a fast paced and detailed work environment
- Must be positive, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Must be neat, presentable, and have good hygiene
