Eaton Corporation General Manager LV Sales North Region in New Delhi, India

What you’ll do:

The Regional Manager sales - North leads a team of 5 sales team members who connects with customers and different channel partners across Northern India.

  1. To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization for CPC (LV switchgear & Controlgear) in the North Region.

  2. Establish C-level relationship with the assigned key accounts in the region, for business continuity

  3. Increase the geographical coverage for the North region, by efficiently deploying the sales team and increase the channel partner coverage.

  4. To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share in the assigned territory.

  5. Practice and drive leadership behavior which includes grooming and nurturing his direct repartee’s and team.

  6. Drive, nurture and hold relationship with key customers. Proliferate our reach in other large accounts and mid-market customers.

  7. Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton’s response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response.

  8. Actively collaborate with the marketing team and direct the FAEs to develop a robust opportunity pipeline.

  9. To consistently work towards Eaton pricing/positioning/market intelligence strategy and provide input to centralized price team to improve opportunity hit rate.

  10. Support/Assist in the development of localized sales tools, marketing material and strategy for the Indian market

Qualifications:

BE, MBA

Minimum 20 years

Skills:

Knowledge of LV Power distribution, Final Distribution and Control gear products and their applications
