The Corporate Marketing team at ICF drives qualified pipeline generation and enhances brand awareness across key markets and service areas. Our Digital Experience team spearheads icf.com's engagement and operational requirements, focusing on user experience, web development, digital strategy, SEO, and performance analytics. Collaborating closely with digital marketing and communication specialists, we craft compelling experiences that captivate and influence audiences across diverse markets.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing department. The ideal candidate will exhibit advanced knowledge in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites, all of which will be utilized as part of our overall marketing strategy. The role will provide advanced strategic support to marketing management to meet all marketing goals and offer guidance and support to other design personnel. This is a terrific opportunity for a seasoned web specialist and senior designer who is looking to gain experience in collaboration and project coordination.

Work Location: Delhi, Bangalore

What you will be doing:

• Update content for ICF web properties in Sitecore CMS regularly. This includes managing content by building, editing, and deleting web pages (and associated graphic assets) to create accurate and user-friendly sites.

• Work with marketing campaigns and operations teams to customize online marketing campaigns and organize and manage all online marketing collateral.

• Conceptualize, prototype, and implement creative web UI (User Interface) designs that delight end-users and drive engagement.

• Collaborate with web developer teams & other relevant stakeholders to deliver projects on time via iterative development.

• Establish and support the management of design guidelines and standards to build rich and reusable web pages, elements, and themes.

• Proven expertise (online portfolio required) that showcases design and web development experience.

• Create and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management (in Sitecore), and technical support

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

• Proven 5 - 6 years of experience designing visually appealing and responsive websites from scratch.

• Min 2 years of experience in "Sitecore Content Management".

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing web pages using Sitecore, HTML, CSS or any similar industry standard tools.

• In-depth knowledge of web design principles, guidelines and their maintenance

• Experience with web page versioning/source control and Content Management Systems

• Required project management experience in Asana.

• Solid understanding of layout principles, color theory and typography.

• Ability to develop innovative and creative design ideas.

• Dedicated team player who proactively works to achieve team and company goals.

• Quick learner and capable of mastering new skills efficiently.

• Should possess excellent communication skills and articulation skills.

• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

What we’d like you to have:

• Knowledge of Workflow, Sitecore, or another Page builder.

• Extensive knowledge of any industry-standard UI libraries including Bootstrap.

• Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or any similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of SEO guidelines.

• Sound knowledge of any industry standard wireframe tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision.
