The Team Leader helps meet manufacturing demand with a focus on safety, quality, on-time-delivery, schedule attainment, and productivity. The Team Leader works in a timely and efficient manner, producing quality results, in an atmosphere of continuous improvement. We manufacture the high quality treatment equipment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to assure that production demands are achieved. The Mill Team Lead must be willing to train on the CNC. The Team Leader will also direct production employees to fulfill requirements in our Mill Department for our medical, spa and massage tables. Team Lead must possess such qualities as delegating, coaching, and evaluating team members performance.
Hours and Status:
Normal production hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prefer 2 Years work experience in Manufacturing or Specific Education or Training. Ability to read drawings, use tape measure, basic computer literacy, and a positive attitude are essential. Physical Requirements include ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time on a daily basis, lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, lift/reach/bend/stretch as necessary, work in a repetitive, side to side motion throughout the shift.
