Job description: DUTIES: Responsible for the everyday operation of the facility and completion of work orders as needed; resourcefulness; reliability.
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
QUALIFICATIONS: -Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND two (2) years of experience in either custodial, building maintenance, grounds maintenance activities; or similar work; OR -Possession of Associate's Degree in construction, engineering, technology, or closely related field OR -Three (3) years of experience in custodial, building maintenance, or grounds maintenance activities; or similar work. -Civil Service Position.
