Risk Business Analyst

Title - Risk Business Analyst

Location – Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid. At times candidates has to go to Capgemini office NY for office meetings)

Duration – Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk expertise with operational risk, RCSA background

  • Understanding of technology organization, controls and overall construct of business lines within financial services (1st and 2nd line).

  • Should have working knowledge in web based/product applications pertaining to the bank’s technology function / organization.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Proficient in Requirements gathering and Solution Design.

  • Perform RCSA activities (risk and controls mapping, controls assessments, issues, process maps, final assessment, validation, gaps identification and it mitigation).

  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timeline and meeting tight delivery timeline.

  • Ability to analyze, prepare data for reporting purposed for the RCSA outcome. Analyze how the controls ratings etc have changed from the previous assessment and any gaps. Multi-dimensional analysis capabilities for the RCSA related processes.

  • Strong client presence.

  • Guide teams, take an active role for business development activities.

  • Ability to manage clients, internal projects and practice development along with excellent client delivery (help us expanding through excellent client delivery).

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in the areas of expertise outlined above.

  • Experience working in financial services.

  • Understand and adapt to consulting expectations.

  • Agile delivery and methodology.

  • Write and manage JIRA user stories.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

  • Knowledge of other process mapping, MicroStrategy and reporting tools is an asset.
