Bayonet Plumbing Call Center Supervisor in New Port Richey, Florida
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, needs a Full-Time Call Center Supervisor for our New Port Richey location.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people
Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Computer and technology literate
Highly attentive; does not overlook the details
Demonstrated ability to train others
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Experience with Service Titan preferred
