Abbott Similac Senior Brand Manager in New Taipei City, China

JOB SUMMARY

Lead/deploy brand strategic innovation roadmap, develop/execute performance centric upstream to downstream mom journeys and more importantly, collaborate with trade sales team to evaluate effective shopper journey and category management for business sustainability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead/deploy brand strategic innovation roadmap.

  • Develop and execute brand strategy &marketing plan and ensure the marketing plan to meet business growth target.

  • Excellence in generating consumer & commercial insights from external/ internal market performance based on performance analysis; acute marketing and commercial judgement to recommend strategy that will lead to growth.

  • Identifies brand and category issues and devises and implements solutions.

  • Develop integrated digital + BTL platform and communication message for building up brand equity to drive sales achievement.

  • Briefing and managing external agencies on the business and brand objectives and seeing through the projects from concept to execution.

  • Project manage and communicate the timings and deliverables to all stakeholders involved in the campaigns, to ensure a fully integrated campaign is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Control annual marketing budget and allocation. Updated monthly marketing expense.

  • Manage and ensure sales forecast accuracy.

  • Successful track record in managing a multi-tier of portfolio with good business performance.

  • Track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns to the end consumer

  • Full of passion, proactive, can work under high pressure.

  • Creative, strategic and logical thinking

  • Excellent self-motivating, independent, and enthusiastic

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus

EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 8 years marketing experiences in OTC, FMCG or mother baby category, experience in MNC is preferred.

• Familiar with pharmacy channel executions is plus.

• Mandarin and English proficiency is required.
