Enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.Our goal is clear: to connect PepsiCo + Sodastream’s beverage portfolios, with today’s hyper-connected, networked users and consumers hungry for meaningful, authentic and relevant brand experiences across multiple touchpoints and regions of the world to offer the drinks people want, wherever they want them without waste.OUR OPPORTUNITYAs a Brand Design Senior Manager, you will report to the SodaStream Brand Design Director for, to manage and execute comprehensive brand strategy and graphic design solutions across the SodaStream portfolio of flavors, equipment and accessories.The Design Senior Manager, will be responsible for the co-creation, management, and execution of a comprehensive 360 brand design that will impact the growth agendas for SodaStream brand. This includes the development and implementation of global systems.Responsibilities* Brand Design Development: Capable of defining a holistic Brand Strategy from 360 brand design to Retail Packaging and Consumables.* Strategic Design Leadership: Demonstrates an ability to understand the technical, social and emotional values that have critical business significance. Maintain a flow of value through the integration of the business strategies, market and social trends, and available technologies. Develop and adjust strategies and/or process to meet changing market and competitive* Close partnership with cross-functional teams contributing design thinking leadership for initiatives that generate critical business value and defining innovation pipelines, new capabilities, strategies, technologies and systems.* Provides deep understanding around testing, customer research, strategic planning, and holistic designDesign Project Management:Will work closely with the SodaStream team and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time and within budget. Ensures each stakeholder understands their role and responsibilities throughout the creative process. Regularly reviews the status of projects with appropriate leadership to verify that Company expectations are met.Partners regularly with Design, and business teams in NY.
