WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Associate (aka Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our account team. You will support various projects from brief to execution in the festivals and entertainment space for a financial services client. The Account Executive should be highly organized, driven, flexible, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Assist in the development and activation of strategic experiential programs, with a specific focus on festivals
  • Manage project workstreams (and/or small projects) with manager oversight; keeping team informed of project status
  • Support with day-to-day client contact as directed by manager; including communication around assigned workstreams, meeting agendas and call recaps
  • Facilitate communication with and procure proposal requests from external partners/vendors
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations; assist with relevant program research and reporting to inform strategic initiatives as needed
  • Participate in internal briefings and creative assessment
  • Use agency tools as necessary for day-to-day project needs (i.e. status reports, conference reports, creative briefs)
  • Assist with general account administration, including financial tasks (e.g., job billing, vendor payments), hotel block management, etc.
  • Support on-site at key events, which will require travel (including some weekends and potentially some holidays)
  • Supporting Momentum's Values
  • All other duties as assigned


HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Solid communication skills - written and verbal
  • Passionate about music, hospitality and providing great experiences
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for the work and the team
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Experience working on-site
  • Willingness to assist across all tasks (big or small) and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google Suite
  • You're a quick learner and you play well with others, of all kinds

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $58,500 to $62,400. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
