NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing Administrative Manager in New York, New York

Position Summary

The Administrative Manager oversees the daily office operations of the Investment Office. Coordinate schedules and travel, and provide administrative support for correspondence, presentations, and special projects. Plan and execute special events, high-level searches, and meetings with key stakeholders. Provide office management and principal support for the Investment Office, including the Chief Investment Officer. Manage access to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) by identifying the objectives of the individuals the CIO should be meeting with and ensuring that the CIO is fully prepared for these meetings. Coordinate the flow of information for the CIO with internal and external constituents, school leadership, and administrators. Serve as primary point-of-contact for the office with internal and external constituents, and resolve issues as appropriate. Partner with the University stakeholders on budget expenditures, space, and equipment. Provide data collection support to the Investment Office team.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience:3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience with program administration or office operations, monitoring budgets, planning and implementing activities and events.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Expertise in office management, administrative processes, and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients, and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines. A demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, while remaining adaptable and proactive. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with financial software (travel and expense platforms, etc.) and databases. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:NYS notary license or commitment to get a notary license.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $84,700.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
