Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description

We are seeking two highly motivated Architectural Designers to support bridging documentation/schematic design for a new terminal and extension project in our aviation studio. Reporting directly to the Vice President (VP) and a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for drafting plans in Revit according to design specifications. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to some truly exciting projects.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience

• Proficient in Revit

• Experienced in BIM 360/Cloud Based Models

• Experience in Core & Shell design

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Expertise in Architectural Drafting

• Schematic Design

• Design Development

Soft Skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position requiring 5 days a week in the office, situated in the Empire State Building on the 54th floor. We operate in a business casual environment with core work hours between 10-4, offering flexibility to start and end at different times. The position is 40 hours per week, with overtime eligibility. We strive to create a positive and productive work environment that balances productivity with flexibility.
