JOB DUTIES: · Perform broad range of analyses, build financial models (leveraged buyout analysis, accretion dilution, discounted cash flow models, Business-Plans, and Finance) and information memorandums as required.· Draft assessments and deliver pitches as well as support the business through Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence, transaction execution, and follow all risk-and control related policies and practices.· Analyze complex financial statements, build complex financial models, and perform complex financial analysis.· Oversee, guide, and coach the activities of financial analysts concerning the engagement of prospective business/company owners and executives prior to qualifying these potential mergers and acquisitions as viable prospects for the business.· Supervise mergers and acquisitions from the initial contact all the way to finalization of the transaction.· Position requires domestic and international travel up to 50% of the time.· May telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), Finance, Economics, or related field. and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Rate of pay: $277,410 - $305,151 per year, the minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
