About the role

We are seeking an experienced, one-of-a-kind Associate Director of Local Marketing to join our growing brand. As the Associate Director of Local Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across our locations in the U.S, with a strong emphasis on measuring performance at a CAC and ROAS level. You’ll be the lead on creating the marketing playbook we can use to open new stores in new and existing markets, and will manage a team of local marketers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to regional demographics, market conditions, and business goals.

  • Lead a team of local marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.

  • Oversee the execution of regional campaigns, local advertising efforts, and local partnerships.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize CAC and ROAS across regional campaigns and initiatives

The experience you have

  • Experience in marketing leadership roles within the restaurant, hospitality, or food tech sector, with a focus on regional marketing.

  • A successful track record of developing grand opening marketing campaigns for retail stores in urban and suburban areas.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing regional marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results in terms of CAC and ROAS, with expertise in analytics tools like Looker

  • Developing and maintaining local partnerships, organizing local events, and managing a team.

  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Base Salary Range:$210,000
