Position Summary

You will be part of the Product Reporting Team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, refining, and prioritizing reporting data requirements. The right candidate is an exceptionally self-motivated problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team. You have excellent communication, project management, business analysis, approach situations with a win-win stance, and you are a great critical thinker. You feel empowered and qualified through your prior marketing data background to deliver a top-notch reporting system for your client(s).

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact with accounts and clients to gather, document and validate data & reporting requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to provide client requirements and to complete product buildouts and implementation.
  • Create and manage project proposals, detailed timelines, reporting documentations and communication across all involved teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on reporting best practices including, but not limited to, measurement strategy, data visualization, data storage and business logic.
  • Work hand in hand with account team to understand overarching account business needs to define process enhancements for reporting and data management.
  • Responsible for transparency on project delivery (including communication of risks, issues, and project prioritization).
  • Educate internal agency teams (technical and non) on benefits and advantages of using Kinesso automated reporting process & products.
  • Provide key insight to internal product and reporting team to help the evolution of our automated reporting solution and products.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with key elements of media data management (e.g. taxonomy, data governance, data blending techniques, data structure management)
  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement and analytics, with experience designing and building outputs key business questions or challenges.
  • Clear understanding the marketing data ecosystem and experience working across full cycle of digital media for all major channels (Display, Search, Social).
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Ability to operate in a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders and the flexibility to shift gears based on changes in priority.

  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the comfortability to presenting to stakeholders.
  • Fast Learner with the ability to rapidly absorb the information, use sound judgment and interpret requirements to identify solutions or create desired result.
  • Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently.
  • A knack for unraveling complex problems and processes in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Basic knowledge in programming languages, like PYTHON/SQL is a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$130,000-$140,000 USD
