The 1LOD Bank Risk team supports the Banks' BUs by providing guidance across NFR stipes including 1LOG Risk Governance, Ops Risk, (including Third Party and Affiliate Management) Regulatory Affairs and Audit support, Model and Data Risk. The 1LOD Risk Governance Team Support, AVP support role for 1LOD Risk Governance including quarterly HR dashboard creation, Risk Appetite Statement framework, and ongoing monitoring of compliance with RGF and Heightened Standards Locations open to:Arlington, VA, 1 New York Plaza, New York, Purchase, New York Position Summary: As a fungible resource across 1LOD Risk Governance, you will bring all of your skills and experience: a. Project Management - facilitate projects across the team to execute a framework, guidance etc. including project plans, status reports etc. b. Prepare reports & presentations - using Microsoft Office suite of software including excel, PowerPoint, to drive meaningful discussion, influence, provide transparency and share status c. Data Analytics - leveraging excel to review & extract data from Open Pages, create spreadsheets & dashboards for HR PM-IC dashboard; experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools a plus. d. Communications - tailor messaging, facilitate meetings across depts and levels e. Writing Skills - draft procedures, policies, memos etc. as needed

Required Skills and Experiences:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in project management, analytics &/or Chief of Staff • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Tailor messaging from strategic to tactical to accommodate your audience • Propose solutions rather than throwing up obstacles – how we can vs why we can’t. • Be self-driven – ability to complete a task on time, within committed timeframes. • Experience interacting with 2nd line of defense (2LOD), internal Audit and regulators or external auditors • Execution focused

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
