Wells Fargo Business Manager - FX Markets - Associate in NEW YORK, New York

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a who Business Manager to support our FX trade platform and cover jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.

In this role, you will:

  • Work on the NY FX COO team

  • Partner with FX business leadership to execute the WF FX Strategic Growth plan

  • Partner with technology to prioritize and execute large scale strategic initiatives

  • Lead complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of the Global FX business

  • Identify and resolve operational risk & control issues

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years+ FX Business Managment or Middle office, or experience in Capital Markets would be considered

  • Trading and Sales FX experience on the buy or sell side

  • Experience with FX International partners

  • Experience with problem solving and project management.

  • Experience with Global FX regulations

  • Experience managing relationships with 3rd party FX vendors

  • Excellent organizational and MS office skills

  • Excellent communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • The base salary range for this role in NY, NY is $87,700 - $155,900

Pay Range

$87,700.00 - $155,900.00
