During both rotations, you also learn about audit methodology and the American Express business model. In the last rotation in an audit team, you will gain hands-on experiences for the audit process. Upon completion of the rotations, colleagues will move into one of the portfolio teams auditing one of AXP’s business units.

  • Participate in root cause analysis

  • Assist team leaders, senior managers / managers, and senior auditors in accomplishing audit objectives in a team environment

  • Develop audit proficiency through ongoing professional development including data literacy skills

Skills/Experience

IAG’s commitment to developing technology-enabled and data-driven auditors is unwavering. For the AotF rotation, we are seeking creative individuals with a burning desire for personal growth. If you are interested in technology and curious about data, our AotF rotation combined with your interest and passion could turn you into a data-driven Auditor of the Future.
