Volt is hiring for a hybrid College Sports Sales Coordinator in New York, NY.

As a College Sports Sales Coordinator you will:

• Development of key sales materials across the College Sports portfolio, inclusive of sales positioning, multimedia opportunities, and addressable opportunities.

• Development and maintenance of various asset and pitch tracking grids for the assigned properties to ensure proper allocation for each program and all digital/social sponsorships.

• Scheduling and booking on air and digital/social sponsorships across College Sports programming, including live events, studio shows, and digital/social handles.

• Providing support to the College Sports team in response to sales RFP's, through building custom decks and other sales collateral.

• Other assigned duties supporting the College Sports team such as recap emails and meeting notes.

This is a full-time 4-month hybrid contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years of relevant sales coordinator experience

• Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.

• Exceptional communication and organization skills

• Ability to work 9a-6p EST

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in sports entertainment, ad agency/sales experience would be helpful

• Subject matter interest in sports entertainment ad sales

Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00/ hr Depending on Experience
