Description We are looking for a Database Administrator based in New York, New York, 10004-1105, United States. The role involves the management of cloud-based systems and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain composure while handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud-based Human Capital Management systems

• Administer Relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

• Use Source Control Management tools like Git for version control

• Utilize issue tracking systems like Bugzilla, Jira for error tracking and management

• Operate Microsoft Windows server and desktop along with Microsoft Office 365

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Clearly and concisely present information, both orally and in writing

• Show willingness to learn new technologies and tools

• Use Microsoft Excel, Access for data management and analysis

• Show attention to detail in all work tasks

• Show self-motivation and proactivity in handling tasks

• Have experience in at least one of these modules: HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting

• Manage HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher, and Workflows. Requirements • Proficiency in managing databases and related systems.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

• Experience with R2 and backup technologies.

• Proficiency in configuration management and database administration.

• Ability to design and implement strategies.

• Experience with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion and Oracle CRM.

• Strong ability to design, implement, and manage database systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
