Digital and Technology Insights Lead
As the Digital and Technology Insights Lead, you will be responsible for driving timely transparency and data-driven decision making within the Digital and Technology organization. Role will work with Office of the CDTO and working closely with the CDTO. This role focuses identifying key data and metrics, developing the visualization of metrics and dashboards, and providing ongoing support of reporting and analytics to drive meaningful insights across delivery, service and risk for the Digital and Technology team. These insights will serve as a basis for regular operating reviews with senior management. The ideal candidate for this newly created role, will have strong independent leadership traits, a broad understanding of technology functions, and the ability to influence and drive change across a complex successful organization.
You Will
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology leadership and staff to collect, analyze and interpret key data and metrics for meaningful insights based on industry best practices.
• Work with partners on the development, standardization, and maintenance of a single, scalable, and automated set of data sources and analytics.
• Serve as a communications bridge between the CDTO and the leaders reporting into him, ensuring clarity around key deliverables and timelines.
• Translate and simplify data into true insights that will drive D&T strategy, identify trends to shape internal and external capabilities.
• Establish key performance indicators related to technology infrastructure, applications, and services, and prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to clearly communicate analytics and recommendations to key stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners (e.g., Business Leads, Finance, Operations, HR) to enable delivering results.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and deliver relevant insights and recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in conjunction with Enterprise Data team and the Data Privacy and Security team.
You Have
• Relevant knowledge in data management, modeling, and analytics with understanding of dashboarding best practices and design.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture and to work effectively at both high and detailed levels.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Management or equivalent work experience, required. Advanced certifications /Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis in technology teams, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and Dashboarding products like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud data platforms and an understanding of ETL tools and techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and operations with knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends

• Hybrid: 2 Days a week at a Guardian location in New York, NY, Holmdel, NJ, Stamford CT,
Salary Range
$146,010.00 - $239,880.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
