JOB SUMMARY
The role of an ECM Change Advisor is two-fold: Firstly, you champion the voice of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) function within your business group as a trusted relationship manager. Secondly, you're responsible for assisting in the development of the enterprise change function. This includes being responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing change management development, implementation, and adoption strategies specific to your business group and the enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Group (BG) Relationship Manager - Relationship and oversight of the full portfolio of change/projects within your "BG"


  • Develop and maintain a change calendar to manage a holistic view of all change and cross business impacts (i.e., People, Process, Technology)
  • Develop and execute a change capability plan to improve change maturity
  • Review the change portfolio and facilitate discussions to identify potential risk around change saturation
  • Ensure that the change inven tory updates are up-to-date and data is of acceptable quality
  • Ensure change management risk is identified, assessed, and addresses in routines


  • E nterprise Support: Responsible for assisting with the development of the ECM function


  • Contribute to the development of business change processes, procedures, and controls
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise change processes, procedures, and controls
  • Represent th e business group in Enterprise Change Management committees


ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects and changes


  • C onsistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings . Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws a n d regulations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
  • Minimum experience required: 5 Years of experience with enterprise change management either in an advisory or execution-oriented role
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizations and business groups through change


Preferred Qualifications:

  • C ertification in Change Management or related field (i.e., Risk)
  • Prior experience in the financial sector or with organizational mergers and acquisitions
