Citigroup Fixed Income Lead in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Fixed Income Lead for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Develop tailored wealth management strategies for multi-asset markets coverage for Institutional Private Investors, bringing the market depth, access, global reach, and capabilities of the Citi Institutional Clients Group. Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience. Provide high-skilled investment advice to active and sophisticated Ultra High Net Worth (“UHNW”) clients and Multi-Family offices, on an active and frequent basis. Advise on cross-asset class investment solutions, as well as portfolio management. Utilize vanilla and exotic structured derivative strategies to complement underlying cash and volatility views. Capitalize on macro view, bespoke stock, and credit selection. Practice Portfolio management approach with equities, rates, credit, FX, and commodities, as well as cross-asset options, convertible bonds, and futures. Execute trades in brokerage accounts in multi asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, rates, and derivatives). A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field and 3 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as an Investment Associate Senior Analyst, Capital Markets Specialist, Investment Manager, Private Banking Analyst or related position involving Investments in Private Banking. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified experience. Full span of experience must include: Financial Analysis (securities selection, macro-economic analysis, portfolio management); International Family Office Market; Multiregion Capital Markets; Financial Derivatives Knowledge and Trading Experience (Cross-asset: Fixed income, equities, rates, OTC products, FX, commodities, derivatives); Private Banking in UHNW market; Alternative Investment Strategies; Bloomberg BQL, Bloomberg Quant, FactSet; Morningstar, Lipper, Mercer; SAP, Excel VBA.
