Citigroup FP & A Group Manager in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a FP&A Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design process and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and provide guidance on operations and procedures to assist team in operating more efficiently and effectively. Conduct financial forecast and analysis activities using Hyperion Smartview. Prepare monthly outlooks, strategic and operating plans, and quarterly capital planning report. Review annual target setting and results. Perform analysis and deliver presentations related to financial performance of business and its competitors, across both revenue and expenses. Generate analytics for quarter end flash results, related highlights reports, Board of Directors reports, and executive management reports, as well as lead quarterly competitor reviews, quarterly annotated supplement, and quarterly investment reports. Review and analyze estimation of risk capital and document estimation and other metrics of capital usage into management reports and decision processes. Prepare and present repots on using metrics to senior management and stakeholders to drive business decisions. Advise internal clients on implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and growth strategy and other business initiatives. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis Intermediate Analyst, Planning & Analysis Analyst, P/M A&R Analyst or related position involving financial planning and budgeting for a global financial services organization. 5 years of experience must include: Financial database management; and Financial analysis and forecasting. 2 years of experience must include: Hyperion Smartview; Productivity and expense management; and Financial planning and budgeting.
