Our client, a prestigious fintech company, is seeking an HRBP to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders and managers on performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, succession planning, and managing a full 90 day onboarding program. -Bachelor's Degree, required
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Financial Services or Tech experience, preferred
The salary range is between $120k-140k on a base.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
