We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter to help assist with more administrative functions. The HR Recruiter will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on sourcing candidates across various markets, building candidate lists, and conducting administrative and data entry tasks. The role also requires a basic understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to help support the HR teams.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Careerbuilder)

• Build candidate lists within different markets

• Conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment process

• Perform data entry related duties

• Understand the basics of recruiting and apply that knowledge to the recruitment process

• Use Applicant Track System for tracking applications and candidates

• Communicate effectively with potential candidates and maintain a professional demeanor

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates

• Engage in Recruitment - Sourcing to find the best potential candidates

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with potential candidates and internal teams

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Careerbuilder for sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates

• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing strategies and practices

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professionalism and ethical behavior in handling sensitive information

• Willingness to stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
