JOB TITLE: Investment BankingLOCATION: 383 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.DUTIES: Develop long-term relationships and strategies to help institutional and corporate clients grow and innovate their business. Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions and raising capital through equity and debt issuances. Build detailed financial models and execute transactions from the initial pitch stage to transaction close. Review valuation analyses,including DCF, trading comparable, transaction comparable, LBO analysis, and business financial combination. Apply corporate finance and accounting knowledge to refine financial models and valuation analyses. Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create conduct financial analyses and presentations for institutional investment banking clients. Utilize data sources such as Capital IQ, FactSet, and Bloomberg to support day-to-day functions. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered as an Investment Banking Associate, Associate Attorney, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study plus 3years of experience in the job offered as an Investment Banking Associate, Associate Attorney, or related occupation.Requires experience in the following: Working with clients in the financial and technology industry; discounted cash flow models; public comparable; precedent transactions; ability-to-pay analysis; leveraged buyout models; accretion; dilution; mergers and acquisitions; contract review; M&A data room software; accounting; FactSet; Bloomberg; S&P Global Market Intelligence; Dealogic; Corporate Finance Valuations; capital structures; regulatory financial reporting; balance sheets; income statements; notes to financial statements; and assessing a company’s financial performance, including growth, profitability, margin profile, debt capacity and liquidity. Experience may be gained through graduate work experience. Salary: $225,000 - $225,000 per year.
