Job Description
We’re searching for a Manager of Strategy & Analysis who can inspire teams to develop new paths for growth, while driving strategic thinking and economic insight across client engagements. You’ll optimize budget and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible return on marketing investment. You’ll also collaborate with creative, media, marketing and technology, building an effective strategy for the client.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Provide integrated marketing analytic solutions to improve client decision-making
Manage various external vendors, including online content management, data analysis, research tools, 3rd party ad server as well as offline letter shop, response and telemarketing vendors
Maintain functional expertise in areas like database marketing, integrated channel marketing, analytic tools and techniques, and other infrastructure
Offer direction to Analysts and Senior Analysts on all aspects of client deliverables
Track marketplace, technology and consumer demographic trends within and across multiple industries
Develop presentations to clients
Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends
Qualifications
Four year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
Master’s degree (preferred)
5-7 or more years of business experience in management consulting, advertising or interactive/technology consulting
Strong knowledge of digital analytics
Prior experience managing teams and projects
In-depth consulting skills and deep marketing analytics experience to provide strategic direction and analysis to our blue-chip clients
Rigorous analytical experience with intellectual curiosity
Strong familiarity with the digital environment
Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value and ROI
Proficiency in analytic tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, SAS and SQL preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $137,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
