Main Focus
Update frontline pricing and promotional discounts in eoStar.
Update and maintain all internal and internal pricing files including but not limited to the gross margin file and price books.
Perform promotional group cleanup to streamline pricing in eoStar.
Run discount utilization review to help remove customers and discounts that are not yielding results.
Announce pricing updates via Interoffice Memos.
Prepare gross profit reports for weekly and monthly reviews, as well as for supplier meetings.
Work with Director of Portfolio on gross profit deep dive for senior leadership.
Assist Director of Portfolio with any special projects.
Enter price to consumer audits in eoStar to ensure expected price points are being realized.
Position Requirements:
2 years of administrative or retail experience. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
Experience in inventory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Hourly Salary: $28.00 - $30.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
