Work in a small team to iteratively improve user experience through research on user behavior and motivations. Gather data from user feedback and synthesize it into actionable design tasks to improve user flows. Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production. Rapidly produce and test concepts by conducting qualitative research. Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive by uncovering user cognitive needs. Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific research to incorporate relevant feedback. Develop and execute both short- and long-term roadmaps. Incorporate user research, testing, prototyping and feedback as a key part of the product development process. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to identify key design and user behavior hypotheses. Telecommuting permitted.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Human Interaction Engineering, Integrated Digital Media or in a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills: 1.Designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile2.UX thinking, visual design, and written communication 3.Figma and prototyping tools4.Information architecture skills and knowledge of best practices for software development5.Quantitative and qualitative user research methods6.Testing, debugging, and other design competency as it relates to and support implementation of the design work.Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.TO APPLY, ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO HTTP://WWW.JOBPOSTINGTODAY.COM/ AND REFERENCEID# 69433.Salary Range: $165,000 to $205,999.
