Our client, a global law firm is seeking a strategic Professional Development Director to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting training, integration, development and wellbeing of employees across the firm. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience implementing the global professional and talent programs, developing and maintaining the mentorship program, managing budgets, and leading projects. - 12+ years of experience as a Professional Development practitioner in a law firm or other professional service organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of people management experience required.
- Detailed track-record of working with leadership within a matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence strategic thinking.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
