What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Sales Planner to act as an extension of our sales team

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic guidance and optimization to clients to ensure delivery of each campaign based on their KPI’s

  • Work closely with Account Executive to drive KDV goals and improve operational sales process

  • Build media plans that meet customer needs and KPIs

  • Manage external relationships to deliver highest level of customer service

  • Manage and lead third party relationships among our technology and operations teams throughout campaign flight dates

  • Handle all client services to ensure all campaigns across KDV’s suite of products run promptly, including a collection of assets to ensure we get up and running ASAP

  • Lead the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues to the internal team and client when necessary

  • Monitor campaign to ensure delivery and correct billing

  • Prepare and send through insightful mid-campaign wrap reports/decks that give clients feedback in real time and allows for optimization

  • Ensure post-campaign research studies are properly coordinated, where applicable

  • Deliver campaign recap and/or clients summarizing performance

  • Coordinate with Sales on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights

  • Assist your Account Executive with prospecting new potential clients

  • Respond to requests for information and answer any questions as it relates to pre-sales process including pricing, volume, forecasts and capabilities

  • Communicate available materials, resources, tools and training to the field

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of online/linear experience in media planning or client service role

  • Demonstrates project management skills

  • Digital media industry experience preferred

  • Well-organized and attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office Skills: specifically Powerpoint + Excel

  • Google Data Studio and DV product knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • High energy and teamwork mentality is a must

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
