Overview

The Senior Director, Tailored Solutions, Managed Services will own creating a vision and direction for Epiqs Managed Services (EMS) Tailored Solutions team inclusive of multiple clients and internal functional groups. You will work closely with internal and external Clients, and Business Leaders to understand existing workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve not only the end user experience, but also how the processes can be more efficient in those workflows end-to-end via automation. You will operate both strategically and tactically defining the problems how they will be solved, aligning service delivery teams, and creating and maintaining a backlog of well-prepared initiatives aligned with the roadmap. You will partner closely with Operations, Go-To-Market and Service Delivery leaders to ensure successful integration and continuous improvement. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics related to transformation and efficiency such as, client retention, initiative achievement, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • This role will be a leader in developing and driving the Tailored Solutions strategy and integrating within the EMS organization.

  • Responsibility for structuring the team, and their ongoing development.

  • Responsible for managing globally located professionals and global client footprints.

  • As a leader in EMS, you will share in owning creating a vision and direction for EMSs enterprise workflows across multiple service delivery lines unique to the Tailored Solutions team.

  • Work closely with our Clients to understand existing solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve their experience.

  • Measure internal and external Client efficiency improvements against KPIs.

  • Identify market opportunities for continuous improvement, specifically geared toward process and/or technology.

  • Ensure quantitative and qualitative data is captured for informed decision making.

  • Partner with EMS leadership to create market-leading product offerings in partnership with other groups such as Sales, Marketing and Engineering

  • Ensure that new and existing team members are appropriately trained and performance measured against job requirements.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

  • A deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry which is typically a result of at least five to seven (5-7) years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers.

  • Strong working knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

  • Proven leadership and staff development skills which help to motivate staff members and provide professional growth allowing them to assume additional responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous teams and projects.

  • Oral and written communication skills which provide a strong and confident executive presence.

  • Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.

  • A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document workflow and management requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability in each of the following areas: ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; direct multiple project teams serving numerous clients while ensuring the completion of all work; oversee development of project plans; balance overall requirements; and review information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

The Compensation range for this role is 160, 773.30 - 321, 546.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
