Job Description

This position is a great opportunity for a candidate interested to work in a fast-paced Global Account team in the exciting world of Consumer Fragrance Sales.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/employment experience
Administrative roles with high level of detail and accuracy. Experience in a matrix environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
Creative problem solving
Strong organizational skills. Results and detail oriented
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Ability to effectively negotiate with internal key account managers and partners
Experience in supporting and implementing complex business changes into organizations
Proactive, able to take charge
Strong knowledge in IT - mainly IFF internal systems: Project Mangement Tool, BW (Business Warehouse), SAP
Client focused and possess exceptional customer service mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Ability to prioritize and work well under strict deadlines and high work volume under pressure
Multi-task capabilities with high quality output
To be a self-starter
Creative problem solving
Strong Writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Compensation ($76,000 - $85,700) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
