We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager of Reporting and Analytics to join our Real Estate Construction Management team. This individual will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes by providing insightful reporting and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and real estate construction management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions. Responsibilities

1. Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to real estate construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for reporting and analytics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.

2. Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects and provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support project teams with data-driven recommendations to optimize project outcomes.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of analytical tools and data interpretation.

5. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for data analytics and reporting within the construction management function.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve project delivery and efficiency.

6. Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, reporting tools, and construction management software.
  • Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' of experience in data analytics, reporting, and/or real estate construction management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies is preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes in construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction management processes and project management principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes in construction projects.
