1. Hands on Development experience in ServiceNow.2. Someone with good knowledge on Software Asset and Hardware Asset Management (ITAM)3. Experience and understanding on ServiceNow development and integrations for ITSM module.4. Experience with ServiceNow issue handling and enhancing the application across various modules.5. Oversee the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying root causes for continuous improvement. 6. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.9. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, Robust Transformation, forms, reports, and dashboards.10. Ability to Integrate ServiceNow with various 3rd party tools.11.
