Citigroup TTS Trade Business Execution Manager - VP in New York, New York

Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) within the Services organization is a dynamic, high growth global business that offers working capital solutions to clients across Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Citi Commercial Bank client segments in over 100 countries. The TWCS Business Execution team is responsible for the overall business strategy, strategic projects execution, technology agenda management and execution, performance management and productivity. This Vice President role is responsible for global business performance and productivity as well as supporting the technology agenda. The role reports directly to the Head of TWCS Business Execution.

The VP Business Execution role helps manage TWCS global financials end to end, deliver on expense management goals and track objectives and key results. The role also works closely with key functional partners, including senior leaders in across TWCS, to drive the global growth agenda as well as plan and execute TWCS technology book of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage TWCS global financials, working closely with Product, Finance, Controllers, Operations, Technology and Risk & Controls to resolve P&L reporting issues, identify root causes, implement permanent solutions and controls

  • Manage expenses including direct expenses (comp and non-comp related items), headcount management, and indirect expenses including global function, operations and technology allocations

  • Perform analysis and recommendations as needed related to forecasting, planning, outlook management, productivity and balance sheet aimed to improve business performance and results

  • Manage global business priorities and OKRs including reporting and communication

  • Support the execution of TWCS technology projects, including helping set the strategic priorities, plan the annual technology investment cycle and book of work execution

  • Track and report technology book of work OKRs, benefits, saves etc.

  • Identify and fill gaps, help breakdown silos, push the network to unlock value for the business

  • Identify opportunities to standardize, create efficiencies and eliminate duplication of work

  • Drive reporting and/or quality improvements through partnership with stakeholders (e.g., Product, Finance, Operations)

  • Ensure appropriate dashboards and metrics are maintained and published in appropriate forums

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's/University degree

  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Services

  • Global transaction banking and/or Trade solutions related experience a major plus

  • Business Management experience a plus

  • Experience with financial reporting, planning and performance management and project management

  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Experience working in dynamic, complex environments with multiple stakeholders

  • PMP certification a plus

  • Ability to multi-tasking and work independently

  • Ability to work across collaborative teams and execute efficiently

  • Analytical with ability to synthesize and distill complex information for senior audiences

  • Critical business function evaluation and experience in diverse network-based franchise improvement

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
