Title: Technology Policy Framework Manager

Level : Vice President

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technology Policy Framework Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, organization, and maintenance of the organization's policy framework. This role ensures all policies are up-to-date, compliant with relevant regulations, and effectively communicated throughout the organization. The coordinator also manages out-of-band requests and assesses their relevance for policy inclusion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the development and documentation of technology policies and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Track policy review dates and ensure timely updates to prevent policies from becoming outdated.

• Collect and assess out-of-band requests for new policies or changes to existing policies.

• Evaluate the relevance and impact of these requests, collaborating with stakeholders to determine appropriate action.

• Maintain accurate records of all policy-related activities and changes.

• Partner with Operational Risk Management (ORM) to get policies published.

• Provide training and support to employees on technology policies and standards as needed.

• Generate reports on policy status for senior management.

• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and regulatory changes to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of existing policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, information assurance or related technical field. Related experience acceptable in lieu of related degree.

  • Strong understanding of technology principles and concepts.

  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to multi-task.

  • Experience with policy development and documentation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of information security and technology frameworks and industry best practices including: FFIEC, ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITI are desirable but not required.

The expected base salary ranges from $105k-$125k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
